What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect the name, mobile number, email address and message you provide, along with basic technical context: the page you submitted from, the referring website, your device type, campaign parameters present in the URL (such as utm_source or gclid) and your IP address.

How we use it

Your details are emailed directly to the project sales team so that we can respond to your enquiry about Ekta Heights. By submitting the form you authorise us to contact you over call, SMS, email, WhatsApp or any other communication channel regarding this project. We do not sell your details to third parties. Enquiries are delivered by email through Resend, our email delivery provider.

Your choices

You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete the details you submitted, at any time. Call 079 4003 6817 or reply to any email from us and we will action the request.

Project notes

  1. Developers reserve the right to make any necessary changes in plan, elevation, specifications, etc., without prior notice.
  2. Any Government levies like GST and any other applicable tax shall occasionally be charged extra. Maintenance deposit, one-time non-refundable maintenance charge, electricity connection charges, AUDA charges, water connection charges, stamp duty, registration fees, legal charges and gas connection charges shall be charged extra.
  3. All the dimensions given are approximate and unfinished.
  4. This website is for easy project presentation and should not be treated as a legal document.
  5. In case of any dispute, Ahmedabad court of jurisdiction shall prevail.
  6. The developer shall provide the common amenities listed above, which are to be maintained / managed by the members association or members service society after the developer hands over charge of the project.
